We are currently enrolling children for the Spring 2010 session and the Summer 2010 mini sessions.

1.    Our preschool is bilingual.  This means that they will speak Spanish for some of the time, and English for some of the time. Research suggests that this type of language learning among preschoolers is most beneficial as it builds and reinforces each child’s native language (and self-confidence) while adding another.  This also means that we  have two bilingual teachers (pending enrollment – one whose native language is Spanish, and one whose native language is English), and we will try to maintain a 6 to 1 ratio of children to teachers.
2.    Each class will be 3 hours long (9:00 am-12:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – pending enrollment) Monday through Friday. Although part time options are available, we recommend that children attend as much as possible in order to receive the full benefit of our language immersion program.
3.    The cost for this service will be approximately $3.50/hour. We are excited to provide a completely unique service for preschoolers in the Cache Valley at a competitive rate.

You have the option of signing your child up for 2, 3, or 5 days a week.  The monthly tuition will be:

Tuesday and Thursday classes:  $99/month
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes:  $140/month
Monday-Friday:  $220/month

There is a $25 supply fee for each session.

Limited financial aid is available for families who qualify! Please email us if you are interested in financial aid.

4. The Union Preschool calendar will follow the Logan City School District calendar:

January 4 (Monday)–Classes begin again
January 18 (Monday) — No classes in recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day
February 15 (Monday) — No classes in recognition of President’s Day
April 5 – 9 (M-F) — No classes: Spring Break
May 28 (Friday) — Last day of class / graduation fiesta!
